4 Simple And Effective After-Sex Hygiene Hints

You’ve just had a great sex session. You’ve passionately kissed, you’ve anally fingered each other, given each other great oral, you’ve screwed, both shot your loads, you’ve basked in the afterglow of each other, and now it’s time to hit the bathroom. Take a moment and help keep yourself healthy by:

-       urinating as soon as possible. This assists in flushing out any virus that may have entered the urethra during sex play
-       gargling with an antibacterial mouthwash. This is especially important if you have been kissing or rimming your man
-       washing your hands, (including under the fingernails) with an antibacterial hand wash. Again, very important if you have been anal fingering
-       showering to wash away all the lubricant thus removing the likelihood of any allergic reaction

I use this very simple and basic hygiene regime every time I play. I’m sure that it has helped keep me free of those everyday annoying illnesses and rashes. They won’t stop you getting crabs or sexually transmissible infections, but they will help keep you healthy and bug-free to play another day.
